Bishop Mark A. Flagg is making a difference in our community! Bishop Flagg was elected Pastor on October 20, 2002 at Rose Chapel Community Church. Under Bishop Flaggs leadership, Rose Chapel has experienced the move of God spiritually as well as numerically. Bishop Flagg is a proud graduate of Woodard High School and he has also attended the Cincinnati Bible College where he received his certificate of study. He then received a Bachelors of Arts at The Cincinnati Christian University.
Bishop Flagg is married to Mrs. Anita A. Flagg, also the Co-Pastor of Rose Chapel. God has blessed Bishop Flagg to preach at numerous pulpits through the Cincinnati area.
