Tyler Perry recently taped an interview with Oprah Winfrey where he spoke about being abused while growing up in New Orleans. He also tells the daytime host that he once tried to commit suicide.
According to acesshowbiz.com, Tyler breaks down when he spoke about being raped by a family member.
He told Oprah, “It’s so disgusting.”
Tyler says this is the most revealing interview he has ever done. He previously disclosed on his website that he was abused as a child.
The show is scheduled to air this Wednesday, October 20.
