Keratin Hair Treatment Review: Keratin Complex by Coppola

A Mix of Eggs and Olive Oil

Both eggs and olive oil are good for dry and coarse hair. Eggs have a lot of protein, which is sometimes stripped from your hair with shampooing. Olive Oil provides moisture and makes your hair more manageable after washing. Mix 2 eggs and ½ cup of olive oil together which makes a great inexpensive conditioner that should be left in for 20 minutes, with a shower cap over your head. Comb through and then rinse.

Avocado

Avocado is great for limp and lusterless hair. Avocado has also been proven to stimulate hair growth. It hydrates your hair and leaves it full of body and shine. This treatment is to be done before shampooing. To make this conditioner, mash one avocado with a tablespoon of lemon juice and olive oil and apply to hair. Let sit for ten minutes and then rinse with your favorite shampoo.

Use Candy To Create Beautiful Hair

Yogurt

Yogurt has been known to replace shampoo and conditioner altogether. Yogurt contains lots of enzymes that can promote healthy hair and scalp. Buy the regular plain fatty yogurt from your local supermarket and whip it up a bit to make it smoother. Apply from scalp to tip, making sure to massage deep into you hair like you would a shampoo. Comb through and rap hair in a towel for 10-15 minutes and then rinse.

Honey

If you are dealing with dry hair, baldness or dandruff, honey is the way to go. Known for its natural healing and moisture abilities, honey is one of the naturalist ways to healthy hair. Depending on hair length, mix 2 tablespoons of honey with ½ cup of our good friend olive oil and apply to hair before washing with a shampoo. Apply from root to tip and comb through, then let sit for 10 minutes. Rinse with a shampoo and then style.
