Dr. Mike Scruggs is the lead pastor of Light of the World Church. He and his wife, Kisha, founded LOW in 2006 with a literal handful of people. Pastor Mike holds a D.Min degree from United Theological Seminary. He is also the critically acclaimed author of Help! I’m Holy, But I’m Horny. Pastor Mike and Lady Kisha were born and raised in Cincinnati and reside there with their son, Michael Jr., and daughter, Madison.
