Utah Senator and former Presidential candidate Mitt Romney has drawn the ire of some conservatives. He voted to hear from witnesses in the impeachment trial of Donald Trump. He was 1 of only 2 Republican Senators to vote to hear from witnesses.
Because of his vote against the wishes of those in his party who want to get the impeachment trial over quickly, the head of a powerful conservative group had made it known that Romney is not invited to their conference.
