A new report about the Oscar Grant Shooting claims that the officers involved had lied about what happened.
The Meyers Nave Law Firm, according to CNN, pointed that one officer lied about his usage of the n-word, and also lied about Oscar Grant trying to fight his parter at the scene.
Oscar Grant was a 22 year-old African-American, from Oakland, who was shot by a BART police officer on New Year’s Day in 2009.
