Time for your lunchtime news update as we hear something odd just happened on the east coast.

Apparently, authorities are still investigating a strange occurrence as we speak. They reportedly evacuated a plane at the airport in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania this afternoon after one of three people loading the plane failed to produce identification. The person in question was said to be wearing the normal uniform only without proper identification out on the tarmac.

Knowing how tight security is supposed to be these days at the airport, who would go and do such a thing and cause drama in the process?

According to the latest update from the police, U.S. Airways Flight 1070 was bound for Bermuda with 102 passengers and five crew members. It has been towed to a secure part of the airport, but when they returned to question the individual about the incident – yep, you guessed it – they’d already disappeared.

Is this reason to alarm everyone in the airport though? What’s going on in your mind? Do you think employees should undergo the same security and safety process just like passengers? Chime in on the incident by posting your response on the message board below.
