Sad day for all of Buckeye Nation as former OSU defensive end and All Big Ten player Mike Kudla passed away unexpectedly over the weekend at the age of 34 Via TMZ…Kudla was apart of the 2002 National Championship team, a two-time Big Ten Champion, First Team All-Big Ten player. He was also named the 2005 defensive MVP at Ohio State. After his career with the Pittsburgh Steelers, he began a career in insurance and risk management. In 2012, Kudla was named Managing Director of Development for the Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University.Kudla ranks 14th in Ohio State history for career sacks.
