Do you remember the XFL? It is coming back in 2020 if all goes according to the schedule that Vince McMahon has set. He plans to bring the league back with eight teams. Each team will have 40 players and they will play a 10 game schedule. It could be an alternative to the NFL but it won’t be the only alternative. Charlie Ebersol has announced that he will launch a football league next year. The league will have eight teams. Each team will have 50 players and they will play a 10 game schedule. Ebersol’s league will be called the Alliance of American football (AAF) and they will begin playing on February 9,2019 (the Saturday after next year’s Super Bowl). There will be options for those who are no longer watching the NFL. Will any of the options be any good? Time will tell…
