Local civil rights organization as well as the NAACP call out the police union president Dan Hils for inappropriate behavior and abusing and misusing his position.

According to the Enquirer, an internal complaint that was made against Hils by high-ranking black female lieutenant, Danita Pettis who alleges that Hils undermined her authority by talking to the third-shift that she usually supervises on her night off on Nov. 26th.

Pettis also mentioned that Hils brags about “kicking her a**” when arresting her 25 years ago when she was civilian and instructed officers how to file joint complaint against her.

Hils has yet to comment on these allegations.
