New hurdles will create issues for first-time adult drivers if you fail exam.

Starting July 1, adults who do not pass the exam on their first attempt will have to an abbreviated driving course, according to WBNS.

 

The abbreviated courses consist of four-hour course either online or in-person and four-hours behind the wheel training with an instructor or 24 hours with a licensed driver who is 21 or older.
