The Athens County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Interdiction Unit is warning parents about edible drugs. The unit found a bounty of drugs in a Nelsonville home on Thursday.
A helpful tip helped police uncover THC in the form of candy, chocolate bars, and butane honey oil commonly known as dabs. Along with drugs, agents found six firearms, ten pounds of marijuana and more than $2,000 in cash.
Reports day the investigation is ongoing and no arrests have been made.
