A date is set for the second trial of Tracie Hunter former Hamilton County Juvenile Court Judge Tracie Hunter is scheduled to begin in.
The trial for the former Hamilton County Juvenile Court Judge is scheduled for this January. Hunter faces seven charges that a jury was unable to reach verdicts on, last year. She was convicted of having an unlawful interest on the public contract.
Her six month prison sentence is on hold during her appeal.
