Author Terry McMillan and her gay ex-husband were reunited on Oprah’s show yesterday, September 28.
Terry McMillan met her 20-year-old future husband Jonathan Plummer during her visit to Jamaica in 1995. She moved him into her multi-million dollar home in California three months later.
Three years later, when McMillan was 43, the two married. However, after six years of marriage, Jonathan revealed to Terry that he was gay.
The broken couple appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show almost 5 years ago. Their infamous daytime TV showdown resulted in a $40 million lawsuit being filed after.
However, the two have now reunited on Oprah, again. Terry McMillan, of “Waiting To Exhale” and “How Stella Got Her Groove Back” fame, has a new book to promote, titled “Getting To Happy.”
