Fetty Wap, the New Jersey rapper who exploded on the scene last year with his instant hit “Trap Queen” and has continued rise to fame, has reportedly been injured in a motorcycle accident, TMZ reports.
The incident occurred in his hometown of Paterson, New Jersey.
According to TMZ, the “My Way” rapper was attempting to pass a vehicle and did not notice another vehicle approaching in the opposite direction, causing the collision.
The hashtag #PrayForFetty has continued to trend as fans across the country express concern for the rapper with the unique voice.

According to TMZ, he is awake and conscious. A picture has begun circulating that is allegedly of the rapper in the hospital following the accident.
