Following the arrest and indictment of former University of Cincinnati police officer, Ray Tensing, two more officer’s have been placed on leave after an internal investigation.
Officers Ray Kidd and David Lindenschmidt , of the University of Cincinnati police department testified before the grand jury and Kidd supported Tensing’s account of the shooting that killed Sam Dubose.
Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters is looking at the testimony by Kidd and Lidenschmidt and the statements made by the UC police officers.
