Former University of Cincinnati police officer, Ray Tensing, posted bail yesterday and was released shortly before 7 pm.
According to Tensing’s attorney, the much viewed videotape and body-cam of Sam Dubose’s shooting is open to interpretation that will reveal, Tensing was fighting for his life and dragged by the Mr. Dubose’s vehicle and then shot.
