A Kentucky state lawmaker has introduced a bill that would crack down on heroin dealers.
State senator Chris McDaniel introduced a bill that would imprison heroin traffickers, who deal or possess any amount, for five to ten years. The bill would also fund treatment programs at country jails and community mental health agencies.
There is no vote yet scheduled on this state bill.
