Judge Traci Hunter goes to court today to find out if she will get a new trial.
Her attorney, Clyde Bennett, filed three motions after the verdict. First was a motion for a retrial on the count Judge Hunter was convicted of. There was a motion for acquittal on the verdict and the third motion was based on juror misconduct.
Attorney Clyde Bennet filed the third motion on Monday.
Judge Traci Hunter is scheduled to be sentenced on December 2. If Judge Norbet Nadel denies her motion for a new trial, Hunter and her attorney will file an appeal.
