A 5 year old Mt. Auburn boy was rushed to UC Hospital with a gunshot wound to the chest but later died. According to reports, there are still many questions surrounding the incident and after hours of investigation still no answers.
Cincinnati Police Department Sgt. Donna Dee’s said the investigation is ongoing and that witnesses are still being interviewed.
It is another tragic, senseless loss of life and a deadly combination- guns and young people or guns in the wrong hands.
No charges have been filed. More details to follow as information becomes available.
