Judge Tracie Hunter Deserves A New Trial – Outside Hamilton County
Attorney Clyde Bennett is seeking a new trial for Judge Tracie Hunter because two jurors, William Smith and Rakesha Holmes, say they do not believe that Judge Hunter was guilty on any count. Clyde Bennett held a press conference during the Lincoln Ware show yesterday and outlined all the reasons why a new trial is needed.
One of the issues is Judge Norbert Nadel’s refusal to poll the jurors in open court, Had he allowed Attorney Clyde Bennett to do so, both William Smith and Rakesha Holmes would have changed their verdict according to affidavits submitted by both jurors.
