Hamilton County Sheriff, Jim Neil, says the inmate who escaped this week did so by pretending to be someone else.
Chris Bowden posed as another inmate, who was scheduled to be released on Tuesday.
Darius Dabney, meanwhile, was charged with complicity to escape as the man whose identity was apparently used by Bowden.
