Clyde Bennett said that a first-year law student with a D average could spot the conflict of interest plaguing the Tracie Hunter Case. I’m an outsider looking in but in my opinion I believe there’s some serious stinkery that has permeated from this case since the beginning. The issue is whether the Hamilton County Prosecutor, Joe Deters, and the special prosecutors in the case represent a conflict of interest. Judge Tracie Hunter’s attorney thinks so because, well, they represented Hamilton Country Prosecutor, Joe Deters when he was the subject of a criminal investigation.
