Vincent L. Phiilips of North College Hill is facing attempted aggravated murder charges after he fired at a police officer on Tuesday. Police say that Phillips opened fired using a 40-semi autmatic handgun. Question- does anyone ever question where the guns come from and how they get into the hands of teenagers and criminals? Does it frustrate you to hear all the concern around heroin addiciton but no concern from prosecutors around the issue of guns and gun violence? If Mr. Phillips is guilty of the alleged crime- I have no sympathy for him.
