Halloween plans are being adjusted in almost 20 tri-state communities because of the weather.
Most of them are moving trick or treating to tomorrow night, including Fairfield Township, Amelia Township, and Batavia Township.
Leaders of those communities say they’re concerned about safety with heavy rain and high winds expected.
