Cincinnati mayor Mark Mallory delivered his final state of the city speech last night.
The mayor dropped in one idea for the future: building a new bridge over the Ohio river from the city’s west side.
Mallory summed up accomplishments of downtown revitalization, lower crime rates, and last year’s World Choir Games.
