A shocking cell phone video was released on Wednesday by Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters that shows the daughter of a 21-year-old Jessica Gamble smoking marijuana. The video shows the 2-year-old toddler smoking a joint while the mother gives her directions. Gamble erased the video from her phone but she sent it to an unnamed person who then turned it over to Jobs and Family Services.

Gamble was arrested on Friday, September 10, an indicted by a Hamilton County Grand jury with corrupting another with drugs, child endangering and tampering with evidence. Gamble faces up to five years in prison on the child endangering and tampering with evidence charges and 18 months on the corrupting another with drugs charge. She is currently behind bars at the Hamilton County Justice Center.

“It is unbelievable to watch on video a mother teaching her 2-year-old child how to smoke a joint. There are just some people who should never have children,” said Deters.

The child has been removed from Gamble’s care and placed with a relative by Jobs and Family Services.

Cincinnati, what do you think about a mother who makes her 2-year-old smoke a joint, then record it and send it to miscellaneous people via her cell phone? Thank goodness that unnamed person reported this mother!
