Miley Cyrus made sure her hosting gig on “Saturday Night Live” was an episode to remember.

No topic was off limits for the former Disney star, from her raunchy twerking performance at this year’s MTV VMA’s to the current government shutdown. She even declared death to her alter ego Hannah Montana, saying she “was murdered.”

We have to admit there were many laugh-out-loud moments from last night’s show, and it’s apparent that 20-year-old Miley is proud of her work. She shared her excitement with her Twitter followers by posting all of her favorite moments.

1. Miley Makes History

The show opens with a glimpse into year 2045. Kenan Thompson remembered that historic day when Miley Cyrus took stage at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards.

2. Miley Is Unapologetic

During her opening monologue, the former “Hanna Montana” star said “I don’t apologize to anyone for my VMA performance.”

3. Miley Tackles The Government Shutdown

Dressed as Republican Congresswoman Michele Bachmann, Miley Cyrus does a government shutdown-themed rendition of her hit song, “We Can’t Stop.”

4. Miley Takes The Stage

Miley sang “Wrecking Ball” during the performance segment of the show. Actress Kirstie Alley later complimented her, saying “Omg @MileyCyrus DAMN!! Your vocals on SNL are insanely gorgeous !!! WOW! just WOW!!!!!!”

5. Miley Does Her Best Hip-Hop Impersonation

Of course the show wouldn’t been complete if the 20-year-old star didn’t discuss the tweaking craze she “started.”
