Jury deliberations could begin today in the federal discrimination trial, involving a Cincinnati Fire Lieutenant.
Mark Broach is accusing the city and the fire department officials of using his race against him in retaliation for supporting the employment of a fire fighter.
Both men are black, and Broach wants back pay for time spent on what he claims was forced sick leave.
