The Ohio Supreme Court could be asked to hear a parking ticket case.
Keith Ledgerwood’s 95 dollar ticket, in Indian Hill, has been winding its way through the courts for more than a year.
Ledgerwood admitted to speeding, but the Enquirer reports he routinely gets out of speeding tickets. An Indian Hill official vowed to not let it happen again.
The village’s lawyers appealed when the ticketing officer didn’t show up in court, triggering a costly string of appeals for both sides in the case.
