A group pushing for a state-wide issue to legalize same-sex marriage says they’ll have enough support to get on the November ballot.
Leaders of the group “Freedom Ohio” say they’re confident they’ll hit at least the nearly 390,000 signatures for a ballot measure.
The U.S. Supreme Court, today, hears arguments on the federal defense of marriage act, which was signed by Bill Clinton in 1996.
