Organizers of a referendum campaign, challenging Cincinnati’s parking lease deal, say they’ve collected 4,000 petition signatures.
About 4,500 more are needed by April 6th to force a vote.
Critics say the lease will jack up parking rates, but supporters point to additional money for Cincinnati’s budget.
