A man who hit his lawyer before an attempted murder trial, in Hamilton County, has been found guilty of the original crime.
Jurors opted not to convict Dionte Lummis on the top count for the 2011 shooting in Avondale, but did so on the remaining charges.
Lummis was sentenced to 34 years, plus six months for the punch.
