Northern Kentucky health officials are offering Hepititus-C tests after finding an outbreak of the disease.
The independant health department district says cases of the blood-borne illness have doubled in the past two years. One reason for the outbreak is the rising abuse of heroin.
Those who test positive will receive counseling, education, and care from the health department.
