Hostess Brands is in the middle of a sale, and it looks like one of them is a local company.
There are reports that Kroger, in addition to Walmart, are among the bidders for assets being sold by Hostess.
That means that Twinkies, Ding Dong cupcakes, and Ho-Hos may not be going away soon.
A confidentiality agreement is keeping Kroger’s plans under wraps until after a federal judge rules on the bids.
