Twinkies will live to see another day.
Hostess Brands and its second largest union agreed, yesterday, to go into mediation to try to resolve their differences. A bankruptcy court concluded that the two parties have not gone through this critical step.
They will have mediation today, and perhaps come to some sort of an agreement.
