Former teacher, and Bengal cheerleader, Sarah Jones says she is having a relationship with a student, after the court ruled that she won’t go to prison.
Jones pleaded guilty, yesterday, to misdemeanor sexual misconduct and custodial interference charges. The plea bargain, she agreed to, will mean the case will not go to a court trial.
Kenton County prosecutors say the teenager’s family did not cooperate with the investigation, making a conviction highly unlikely.
