Former neighborhood watch leader, George Zimmerman, wants to use Trayvon Martin‘s school records as a part of his defense.
The attorney says that he sent subpoenas to the schools, Trayvon attended, in the Miami area.
The subpoena requests disciplinary notices, suspensions, and tardiness records amongst other things.
