Could there be serious repercussions on the way for the North College Hill beating suspects?
According to WCPO, North College Hill police chief Gary Foust is working with the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority to possibly evict the families of the teenagers that beat up Pat Mahaney. He’s currently working with C.M.H.A. in possibly evicting the families, of the suspects, that use subsidized housing.
Foust did not specify which suspect, that could be evicted, but he did point out that some of the suspects, who attacked Mahaney, were repeat offenders.
Yesterday, Chief Foust and North College Hill Mayor Dan Brooks held a press conference to voice their support for the Pat Mahaney.
Last week, while walking around in his North College Hill neighborhood, Mahaney was attacked by a dozen teens and suffered serious injuries. When the suspects were detained and questioned by the police, they claimed they were bored and “were looking for something to do”.
