The family of a teenager, who died on the UC campus, is suing the police officer who shocked him with a taser.
Everett Howard‘s family has filed a civil rights lawsuit against campus police officer Richard Haas. Haas was cleared of criminal wrongdoing in last year’s incident, after a dorm fight.
