Funeral services are pending for iconic Cincinnati philanthropist Louise Nippert. She passed away yesterday at her home in Cincinnati. Louise Nippert is being remembered for her support of the arts in Cincinnati.
Nippert, and her husband Louis, owned majority control of the Cincinnati Reds during the Big Red Machine era before pertaining a minority stake in 1981.
Louise died at the age of 100.
