U.C. and Xavier are trying to distance themselves from last year’s fight that ended the Crosstown Shootout.
The schools, yesterday, unveiled plans to play this year’s game at U.S. Bank arena, downtown. This year, instead of it being called the shootout, it will be called the “Crosstown Classic”.
Proceeds from the ticket sales will benefit the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center.
