West Chester Police are investigating a gruesome case of animal cruelty.
Someone went into a yard this past weekend, and killed a dog living there by hanging it from a tree. The dog’s owner found the animal, but was unable to revive the 13 year-old chow mix.
West Chester Police say they are looking for clues the suspect may have left behind.
