Are public black colleges getting the same financial treatment black farmers did? That may be the case in Maryland, where a lawsuit is filed against the state government for lack of funding toward HBCU’s. Attorney Michael Jones, who is representing Maryland’s public HBCU’s, called in to the TJMS to talk about the lawsuit.
