Today marks the fourth day of Kwanzaa, a week-long celebration honoring universal African-American heritage and culture. Each day a different principal is observed. Yesterday was the observance of Ujima, to have Collective Work and Responsibility. Today the principal of Ujamaa, which is Swahili for Cooperative Economics, is observed.
