A girlfriend, of a Chiropractor in Seattle, is under investigation for taking $1,200 a month in public housing vouchers, federal and state disability, and food stamps.
Federal prosecutors have filed a civil lawsuit against Lyudmila Shimonova, and her significant other, for making false claims for federal government housing assistance benefits totaling $135,000.
