This one is for all the new artists wanting to know what types of rising stars they’re up against these days. This past week, as you know, we experienced getting to know quite a few up-and-coming artists vying for their time in the spotlight.
Some of the most memorable moments for a few new artists are featured below in our exclusive recap of the recent How Sweet the Sound Unsigned Artist Showcase presented by Verizon Wireless.
A group of celebrity panelists and judges gathered together to figure out who’s talent and anointing will send them straight to the top in the gospel music industry.
A few familiar faces in the building included BET Sunday Best talent coordinator, Neily Dickerson among others like Jawn Murray, a correspondent on the Tom Joyner Morning Show and BVBuzz.com, GMWA Convention public relations specialist Jojo Pada, John McClure (BET Sunday Best contestant) and Torrence G, BET’s gospel blogger.
Below are a few of the featured performances from the three days of auditions. Be sure to listen closely out of the three and let us know who you think has the most star power – Isaac Quayes, F.L.O.W. (Free Leaders of Worship) or Jayson Clayborn.
Experience F.L.O.W. (Free Leaders of Worship) – Dayton, Ohio
