This week on The Gayle King Show, a topic of discussion began on a few celebrities, their publicized addictions and the recovery process that ensues afterwards.
One major discussion came up when Charlie Sheen’s representatives announced that the actor had checked into rehab, was later released and is now undergoing addiction therapy from his home. Does that sound right to you? Especially after his addiction has gotten him into trouble plenty of times before?
Check out the video clip below as Gayle King analyzes rehab from the home, addiction denial and even takes a call from a listener who has struggled with his decision to stay clean and leave drugs and alcohol behind.
What do you do and how do you handle dealing with someone who appears to be in denial over their addiction crisis? Share your thoughts with us on the message board below.
