Two new popular shows, “Grimm” and “Up All Night” feature Russell Hornsby and Maya Rudolph playing the role of “Black Best Friends.”

Kartheiser is also starring in the new Justin Timberlake movie, “In Time.”

The network will feature African American television programs and movies and is backed by civil rights legend and former Atlanta Mayor, Andrew Young, Martin Luther King’s son, Martin Luther King III as well as TV executives, Ryan Glover and Jonathan Katz and filmmakers Rob Hardy and Will Packer.
