The Butler County Prosecutor is so upset with the cold temperatures this month, that he’s indicted the spring-predicting groundhog, Punxsatawny Phil. The groundhog didn’t see his shadow last month, which usually means there will be an early spring. Mike Gmoser calls that a “felony” for misrepresentation of the weather.
